The Pioneer Community is a collaborative network with the experience of five previous cohorts and 40+ members. Participants engage in a workshop-style environment to practice and strengthen their biomimicry skills in weekly training and co-creation sessions.

HOW IT WORKS
Work on your own Nature's Design Lesson (NDL)
Attend a weekly 60-minute, purpose-driven meeting on Wednesdays at 11 AM Eastern time (GMT-5) to collaboratively peer review and iterate NDLs in small groups.
Work independently for an additional 3+ hours weekly, creating your Nature’s Design Lesson(s).
Optional: Attend a weekly 30-minute training and relationship session at 10:30 AM Eastern time (GMT-5) for additional training, support, and relationship building.
Beta: (Optional) Work on theme-based NDLs.
How to Get Involved
The Pioneer Community is an ever-growing community of biomimics. The cohorts run bi-annually. To join us, please select the participation level that matches your interest and experience:
Returning Member
Welcome Back!
The returning member participates in weekly 60-minute, purpose-driven meetings in small groups to co-create your and others' Nature’s Design Lessons using Sharing Nature’s Genius’ unique process.

Participation in any of the previous Pioneer Community cohorts
First Timer
Join the Pioneer Community for the first time and learn how to create robust Nature’s Design Lessons using Sharing Nature’s Genius’ unique process and tools.
The First-Timer participates in 30-minute weekly training sessions to learn the process, tools, and best practices and the immediately following 60-minute, purpose-driven meetings to co-create your and others' Nature’s Design Lessons.

Are you curious about how the PC works and want to reconnect to biomimicry without working on your own Nature Design Lesson?
Join our weekly 60-minute meetings as a Feedback Participant and engage in constructive feedback sessions to co-create and provide feedback on other members' Nature Design Lessons.
Includes:
Participation in providing feedback on other Pioneer Community members’ Nature’s Design Lessons
Access to view-only Pioneer Community Airtable
Access to ClickUp for time tracking, communication, etc.
